Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Amar Creative Marketing, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom digital marketing and web design services tailored to each client’s needs. Because every project is unique and requires dedicated time, strategy, and creative resources, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. Project Deposits
All projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. This deposit secures your spot in our production schedule and covers initial planning, setup, and design time.
If a project is canceled by the client after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a project:

You must provide written notice of cancellation (via email).

You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any unpaid balances must be settled within 7 business days of cancellation.
Amar Creative Marketing reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-payment, repeated delays, or unprofessional behavior. In such cases, any payments made are non-refundable.
3. Refunds for Completed Services
Because all our services are custom-built to fit each client’s goals, refunds are not provided once work has started or deliverables have been sent.
However, if a technical error or miscommunication occurs on our end, we will work quickly to correct the issue at no additional charge.
4. Ongoing Subscriptions or Maintenance Plans
For clients subscribed to monthly maintenance or marketing plans, cancellation can be made at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations made after payment has been processed will apply to the following month.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:

No work has started within 10 business days of payment (due to our delay), and

The client has not received any drafts, designs, or deliverables.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used.
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with any part of the process, please contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and maintaining transparent communication.
