3. Payments and Pricing
All pricing is outlined before work begins.

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon in writing (contract or invoice).

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Full payment must be made before website files or completed work are transferred.

Late or missed payments may result in paused services until the account is settled.
Because Amar Creative Marketing offers custom services, all completed sales are final and non-refundable once work has started.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely completion of projects, clients agree to:

Provide all necessary content, images, and information promptly.

Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

Communicate feedback clearly and professionally.
Failure to provide requested materials may delay the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and content created by Amar Creative Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
After full payment:

The client owns the final website design and delivered materials.

Amar Creative Marketing retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or integrations (such as hosting, analytics, or advertising platforms). While we select reputable providers, Amar Creative Marketing is not responsible for downtime, errors, or data breaches caused by these external services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Amar Creative Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales or rankings, though we strive to achieve the best possible results for all clients.
8. Revisions and Maintenance
All projects include the number of revisions agreed upon in the initial proposal or package. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur additional charges.
Monthly maintenance plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are optional add-ons that include continued support, updates, and security monitoring.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project at any time with written notice.

If a client cancels after work has begun, they will be responsible for payment of all completed work up to that point.

Amar Creative Marketing reserves the right to end any project for non-payment or unprofessional conduct.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes shall be handled within Minnesota jurisdiction.
